2018年9月4日21号が強烈な風雨をもたらし、甚大な被害を残して行きました。On September 4th, No. 21 brought strong winds and rain, leaving behind extensive damage.
修理はDIYになると思います。
我が家の被害は、先ずTVアンテナが我が家と隣家の間に倒れてしまった。The first thing that caused damage to our house was a TV antenna that fell between our house and the neighbor’s house.
次に、屋根材が剥がれ、もう一方の隣家との間に落ちました。早急に修理しないと雨が漏りますね。TVはアンテナは止めてCATVを考えています。Then the roofing material came off and fell between us and the other neighbor’s house. If you don’t fix it soon, the rain will leak.
今日は台風の次の週の土曜日、時々雨の降る合間を使って屋根に登りました。屋根材の剥がれた場所と落下した部材が一致したので、応急的に再取り付けしました。屋根やさんに連絡したら31番目と言われ、秋雨による雨漏りが始まると困るのでDIYしました。
Today was Saturday, the week after the typhoon, and I took advantage of the occasional break in the rain to climb onto the roof. The area where the roofing material was torn off matched the fallen part, so we reattached it as an emergency. When I contacted the roofing company, I was told that it was the 31st one, so I decided to do some DIY work because I was worried that it would be a problem if the rain started leaking due to the autumn rains.
この倒れたアンテナも地上に降ろしました。アンテナは老朽化で倒れたら迷惑をかけるのでCATVも考えましたが、小さくて軽い板状のデザインアンテナをベランダ付近に付けようかと思い購入しました。マスプロ製U2SWLC3というものです。これなら外れても安心です。（写真無くてごめんなさい）
これは、壊れたトヨ（トユ）です。屋根材が剥がれ落ちたときに当たって割れたと推測します。必要な部材を買って来て修理しました。
引っ越す前の家もベランダの屋根が崩壊したので、撤去作業に行きました。The roof of the balcony of the house before we moved also collapsed, so I went to remove it.
金属用丸鋸で60センチ程に切断、2時間でゴミ出し完了です。プラスチック製屋根板はゴミ出しに間に合いました。骨は環境局に電話してお願いしました。
今日は、頼んでいた大工さんが屋根修理に来てくれました。1時間程の作業でした。私の応急修理では次の強風には耐えられないので、これで安心です。気になったのは、瓦の痛みです。瓦の赤茶けた様に見える部分は黒い塗装が剥げて、そこに苔が付着（生息）してるようでした。季節が穏やかになったら、これをDIYしたいと思っています。
Today, the carpenter I had asked came to repair the roof. It was about an hour’s work. My emergency repairs won’t be able to withstand the next strong wind, so this is a relief. What I was concerned about was the damage to the tiles. The black paint had peeled off on the reddish-brown parts of the tiles, and it appeared that moss was attached to (living in) those areas.
